The GOAL program begins with explaining and clarifying the opportunities and possibilities that await any young girl. The presentation is informative, which will set the stage for the imperative call to action for young girls to navigate the paths set before them.
Step 2: IMMERSION
The GOAL program continues with in-person workshops focusing on the development of strategic core values. These workshops begin by changing the mindset of the girls to a growth mindset.
Step 3: UARA
The final workshop intertwine s the information, skills, and core values to be transformed into a GOAL.
